Paid Time Off

Employees receive 8 hours of PTO upon hire and are eligible to begin accruing additional PTO immediately, providing you with the flexibility to take time off when you need it.

NIM pays 100% of employees’ healthcare premiums and offers affordable premium options for employees’ families.

Continuing Education

Ever thought about pursuing additional education or going back to school? We can help! NIM is committed to employees’ personal growth and offers reimbursement to help with the cost of achieving your personal goals. Full-time employees who have been continuously employed for at least six (6) months and are regularly scheduled to work more than thirty (30) hours per week may apply for up to $3,300 per year of tuition reimbursement.
Life Insurance

NIM provides a Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit for all eligible employees. The amount of coverage is updated January 1 of each year based on your prior year earnings. NIM pays 100% of the premiums.
